	Assembly Henkel has a range of products for assembly of furniture and furniture subcomponents, worktops, cabinets and joinery, decorative moldings and wall panels. 	Edge Banding Henkel supplies adhesives for edge banding to the world’s leading furniture manufacturers. Our products include hot melts for roller applicators and for the new slot technology, high heat-resistant grades for high-temperature export shipping conditions, reactive hot melts for difficult new edging materials and many others.

	Edge to Edge Gluing Working with machine manufacturers, Henkel has developed a line of adhesives to meet the needs of all processes, from radio and high frequency gluing, to hot and cold press operations. These adhesives such as traditional water based emulsions or new, high productivity 100% solids systems for elimination of waste water meet a wide range of specifications for both interior and exterior applications.

	Multi-Layer Laminating Products include water-based emulsions that increase production speed, as well as minimize formaldehyde content in multi-layer laminations such as solid wood panels and plywood. 	3D Laminating/Membrane Pressing Henkel has a wide range of membrane pressing adhesives for use on highly automated production lines, and for hand spray “artisan” operations. These products have excellent heat resistance and profile retention and allow for high gloss finishes, even with thin foils. Excellent sprayability and a long pot life make Henkel’s laminating and membrane pressing products the most user friendly in the industry.

	Post Forming We offer a range of adhesives that allow you to market high temperature resistance kitchen tops, specialty steel desktops or offer new specialty laminates without problems in your post forming operation. These formulas have been process proven in factories and field proven in homes around the globe.

	Profile Wrapping Our products for profile wrapping include high speed hot melts for high volume skirting and base board production, as well as reactive systems designed for wrapping PVC window frames.

	Veneer Splicing Adhesives for veneer splicing offer significant benefits over stitching, particularly for new micro veneers, and with improved lay-on handling strength. These adhesives have been formulated to provide excellent hold to “cranky” or rumpled veneers and have excellent creep resistance. They also reduce the incidence of open joints out of the hot press, and reduce “telegraphing” experienced with stitching.
