October 2008 Young Taek "YT" Choi Joins Transdermal Technical Support
Please join us in welcoming Young Taek “YT” Choi to Henkel's Transdermal technical support. Since joining the company in 1989, YT has held a number of technical positions which have enabled him to develop an in-depth knowledge of our pressure sensitive adhesive technology. While working in our process development group in 1990s, YT gained extensive knowledge in the formulation and polymerization of acrylic solutions and emulsions. Following this, YT managed our technical service group in Korea which included servicing our transdermal customers there. Finally over the past two years, YT led the technology transfer effort from various businesses to a new polymerization plant in China leading to the successful commission of the plant.
YT has a Ph.D. in polymer science from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. |

August 2008 Stevan Thompson Joins Transdermal Technical Support
Please join us in welcoming Stevan Thompson to Henkel's Transdermal technical support. Stevan joined National Adhesives in 1995 as a technical service engineer and has held various positions in technical service since that time. Most recently, Stevan managed the Hygienics Technical Solutions Team. Stevan brings strong customer focus, technical expertise and leadership to the Transdermal group.
Stevan has a BSE degree in Chemical engineering from the University of Michigan. He has also completed Six Sigma Black Belt training.
